What I would highlight 100% is the staff—the owner, another gentleman, and a guy named Issa—who were all very attentive and resolved any issue instantly. The breakfast was very good, and overall the stay was good value for money. They should replace the towels, check the drain pipes in some showers, and add something for insects (Siwa has many at night); I recommend bringing mosquito repellent, as there were no mosquitoes in the accommodation but many in Siwa at night.

“空调不制冷，晚上根本睡不了”

The decor was acceptable. We arrived with seven people in three rooms, and every air‑conditioner failed to cool, making it unbearably hot and impossible to sleep; we checked out the next morning after arriving past ten at night. The lighting at night was dim, the facilities looked worn, and while that may be typical for Xiwa, calling it a three‑star hotel is absurd and the pictures online were misleading.

We enjoyed a superb stay; the staff and owner were friendly, and after our desert excursion they kindly let us use the pool, shower, relax, and access Wi‑Fi even after checkout, which meant a lot to us. Breakfasts were generous, tasty, and plentiful, helping us start the day right. The hospitality, comfort, and overall kindness of everyone made this place highly recommendable.
