The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the pillow was a bit of a letdown - it was old and lumpy.

We were really impressed with Hotel Poststuben - the atmosphere was great and the outdoor area was nicely done. The breakfast was spot on, and that scrambled egg was a highlight! We didn't really have any issues, it all seemed pretty solid.

The rooms are great, and the location is perfect for our family visit. The staff are incredibly nice, which is a big plus.
