The staff were very warm, welcoming, and available to guests, and we especially appreciated their kindness and readiness to help. However, cleanliness was lacking; the bathroom and toilet shared a cramped single room, making it quite tight and inconvenient. There was no kettle in the rooms, and the breakfast was rather minimal and could use more options. Overall, the staff were very pleasant, but the property needs improvements in infrastructure, cleanliness, and service offerings.

The facilities don't match the photos; the rooms are extremely small, the bathroom has poor ventilation, and if you opt for breakfast you must wait at least 10 minutes— we waited almost 25 minutes— because no meals are prepared in advance. There are no choices for a preferred meal; you get only one option. The space was too small for my 185 cm frame. Hospitality was good, which I appreciate, but I wouldn't return. The staff were okay.

The hotel offered exceptional service, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly. They even helped me get a taxi when I urgently needed to head to the center.

The staff were cordial and the environment pleasant, but communication in English was difficult.
