“Bad”
The bathroom had a strong odor, and the exhaust fan was broken. When we asked for a different room, the only alternative offered still had a lingering smoke smell that we couldn't tolerate.

The bathrooms were dirty, with a lot of dust on the tiles.

The connectivity to the airport was good, but the food was terrible – the South Indian dishes were awful, the Chinese had no idea what they were doing, the chilli chicken tasted off, the sweeter fried rice looked brown.

It’s very close to the airport and sits on the main road, but the value for money is decent; the hotel is neat and clean.

The only good thing was the location – it’s the sole decent property in the area. At check‑in I was told to wait over 30 minutes for a room, and while the secondary guest hadn’t arrived they harassed me for my ID; I was finally let in. When the secondary guest arrived, they didn’t let him check‑in and promised to confirm his entry but never called me on the hotel phone or my cellphone. When he asked, they finally let him in, claiming the intercom in my room wasn’t working. The next day I left my keycard in the room, asked reception for a duplicate and they made a fuss; it was barely 10:30 am and they started questioning my checkout instead of giving me a new key, even suggesting I call the secondary guest for a key, even though he never received one. When I asked for fresh mugs, they handed me dirty, stained ones. At checkout I asked to speak to the shift in‑charge, but they said they were busy and told me to wait. Horrible stay.
