Location! Location! Location! This is a fantastic value with a pool. Comfortable bed, pillows., Hot water, kitchen. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation As a local to the island, I highly recommend this as a staycation or vacation. Everything met my expectations. There is nothing I didn't like!

The owner (not Filipino) proved to be very unprofessional. Even in person he gave rude answers despite he had the fault for overbooking. Be careful when booking as, for no known reason, the owner charged me through a company of his based in Germany that sells parts of classical cars. Credit card information is therefore at risk, I had to contact the Booking's service assistance to get the money back and then had to close the bank account for this
