Location, but staff behavior was a problem.

Area and accessibility were fine, but cleanliness and maintenance were lacking; staff behavior allowed drinking and smoking in rooms, which is causing trouble to others.

Everything is good and the staff are well trained, but during rush many guests arrive at the same time and everyone has to wait.
