The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was very good; check‑in went smoothly and someone was always available. Unlike the description, there were free, ordinary towels and no micro‑fiber towels for purchase. Contrary to what the location might suggest, the train station and main roads were hardly noticeable, and the windows dampened sound well. Even though it’s on the outskirts, you can walk quickly into the city centre. The beds and mattresses were basic, yet we slept well on them. The hotel was mostly clean, including the shared bathrooms. For the price, it was a great hotel. However, the toilets were always wet outside for some reason (clean water); we suspect condensation from neighbouring showers. There is no sink in the toilets, so if that’s not technically possible, at least disinfectant should be provided. You could only wash your hands in the room. Some trash was still under the beds.
