“Comfortable room, nice lounge area, but the staff needs to provide friendlier service.”

The spot works fine and the lounge is comfy, and the bed feels good; the room is a decent size. Front desk staff are not friendly, and I’ve been here several times but never feel welcomed. They’re the first impression of the hotel—no smile, no kind words, and no offer to let someone know if anything is needed. I’ve mentioned this before, but nothing has changed.

“It was good, I would come back.”

I slept well, but when I tried to flush the toilet it got clogged and stayed semi‑plugged the whole time.

“Please clean floors and spray for bugs”

The location and the people were nice, but bugs swarmed in my bedroom. I was moved to a different room, which was gross. I found random pills on the floor—hoping they were vitamins, but I’m not sure. That happened in the second room I checked into after finding bugs.
