The location was convenient, easy to reach by DiDi from both train stations and close to town attractions like the Imperial Palace. Rates were reasonable compared to other Shenyang accommodations. Breakfast was solid, with a mix of Chinese and Western dishes and a pleasant setting. Hot water took forever to arrive, and when it did it was barely warm enough.

This place was honestly amazing, everything about it was perfect. The staff, the room, the location - all top class. I was a bit worried about the area, but it was really quiet and safe. Overall, a fantastic stay.

One thing that really put me off was the WiFi - you have to download this extra app to get it working, which just seems unnecessary. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying when all you want to do is get online.
