We had a great apartment for two, fully equipped and spot on – only 2 minutes to the sea and 10 to the city centre. Francesca made breakfast for us each morning, even on the day we left early, and it was excellent. She was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The downside is the nearby coast is rocky and getting into the water is hard.

We spent about a week there with our toddler, and Francesca made everything smooth from the start. Arriving on a scorching September day, the air conditioning was already blasting, and she let us check in early so our little one could nap, and even let us check out later for a relaxed departure. She was quick to respond and thought of everything: a crib, high chair, toddler dishes, and beach toys. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, and the semi‑basement with a front terrace kept it cool. Breakfast was either at a nearby café or delivered to our door each morning, which was a lifesaver for a child who wants food right away. The location is great: the area is quiet and safe, a 10‑minute walk from the old town and Polignano’s famous views, and about 30 minutes by car to Alberobello, Ostuni, Castellana Grotte, Fasano Zoo Safari, Bari, and nice beaches. Monopoli and a Lidl are just 10 minutes away. Street parking is easy if you follow local habits and avoid blocking garages. Shops close early (Lidl until 22:00), and many restaurants shut on Wednesdays. Nothing to complain about—we’d gladly return.

The host was very friendly, and the location is close to Polignano a Mare’s center and the exits to other attractions like Alberobello and Monopoli.

A beautiful apartment in Polignano. The spot is perfect, very clean, towels are changed regularly, laundry is available. Francesca’s breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. We always had beach supplies ready 😊 Parking in front of the building is hassle‑free. The apartment is spacious. A unique place and a great owner. Highly recommend!
