The neighborhood is quiet, the building is old but clean. I got a room near the lift, which is due to a new employee.

The staff were helpful, but the room smelled like cigarettes.

The price is decent, but if you want to rest, look elsewhere. The hallway smelled of tobacco, the doors didn't insulate well, and someone was tapping on the doors at dawn; there was a lot of noise in the hallway and we would have appreciated a staff member stepping out to say something. The sheets had stains, the shower water was cold, and there was no curtain so the floor got wet. Light leaked under the door that led to the hallway.

The area is vibrant, easy to walk around the city center, clear, very good price, and the staff are nice. There was a very strong tobacco smell in the room because they let people smoke inside; I struggled to sleep in that air as a non‑smoker and it was very noisy outside at night when the windows were open. I asked for a non‑smoker room but they said they don't have non‑smoker rooms in the hotel. I hope they improve in the future because some people don't like smoking and want to stay healthy.
