The hotel is very close to the beach and the sea, and it is easy to reach by bus or taxi from the train station. The kitchen is unusable, and communicating in English with the staff is difficult. For personal reasons I had to check out a day early and asked for a partial or minimal refund for the unused room, but that was not possible.
