The place looks ancient and nothing like the photos. The owner is easy to reach, but the facilities are awful. It’s small, on the ground floor, and interior. The location is good, but parking is tough and it’s a 40‑minute walk away.

Nestled in Segovia’s historic old town, Hosteria Natura Plaza sits just 100 m from the Cathedral and a 10‑minute stroll to the Roman Aqueduct. Rooms boast stone walls, flat‑screen TVs, private bathrooms with free toiletries, and fresh linens. Nearby, bustling bars, restaurants, and the Alcázar (20 min walk) enhance its cultural allure.

I was in the middle of the city, close to everything, but parking was a hassle. The building feels very old, the bathroom is cramped, and the interior is plain. The duvet has bright colors that hide its cleanliness. I don’t recommend it; it needs a renovation.

We hit a snag on arrival, but Miguel handled it smoothly. The bed was super comfortable and everything was spotless.

The bed was very comfortable and the location is central. However, the room is tiny and not cozy, giving a slight sense of claustrophobia. The bathroom needs a touch‑up and a bit more cleaning.

The staff were excellent. The only downside was that there was no guest bathroom in the lobby reception.
