Breakfast was good. My wife, who uses a wheelchair, asked for a ground‑floor suite but was assigned a room on the 4th floor. The elevators are too small for a wheelchair, so it seemed unreasonable to expect a ground‑floor room. I also requested a first‑floor suite several days in advance, but that request was apparently ignored.
