How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Being right in the middle of the national park made it a perfect launchpad for the hikes we wanted to do, but the rooms felt a bit cramped and the staff seemed pretty indifferent. Getting to the nearest town took about half an hour plus the drive, which was a nuisance. All in all, great location, but the basics could use a lift.

Of the places we could stay inside the park, this one felt the most comfortable – the tiny room did the job, the pizza at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were friendly enough to suggest trails and activities. The entertainment lounge, however, looks neglected; the ping‑pong table is half‑broken and the bookshelf is full of old Italian books, so adding more chairs and updating the games would help.

The scenery around the property is truly impressive, but the facilities show signs of neglect and the only on‑site restaurant offers a very limited menu with rather indifferent service.

The park surrounding the cabin is beautiful, yet the cabin itself gives you no guidance – there are no maps, so we had to rely on Google and locals to find the lagoon, which turned out to be a quick 20‑minute walk. Adding Wi‑Fi in the rooms would be a must, especially since there’s no information desk, and the rates feel inflated for a place that’s meant to be simple rather than upscale.

The location inside the park is ideal – we grabbed our entry ticket at the gate, and the spacious room with a comfy bed and strong shower pressure made the stay very pleasant. A tiny but delicious breakfast and a host who went out of her way to help us (we even got an extra night for the same price) were highlights. Dinner was tasty, though the prices were a bit higher than expected for the area.
