A warm and helpful host and hostess, with great tips for day trips, but the promised parking spot was almost impossible to reach and we never used it; there was little or no parking nearby, making it hard to drive out for excursions.

The place was very clean and roomy, breakfasts varied each morning and often featured local specialties, and Guido and his wife offered many useful recommendations; however, people with reduced mobility might struggle with the steps from the entrance to the rooms.

The hosts were lovely, made us feel very welcome, and communication with both was easy; the location is a few hours’ walk to Camogli and Portofino, and there was nothing to complain about—it was lovely.
