The location is convenient for getting to both the sea and the city centre; the rooms are clean and welcoming, breakfast is fairly generous, and the shared kitchen has distinct personal spaces. We ate at Trattoria da Giovanni Pisakesh, run by the same people, and were pleasantly surprised by the large, tasty portions at reasonable prices. The private bathroom is outside the room, accessed with a standard key, and can feel a bit awkward when you’re up at night.

The arrival was smooth, a key box was provided, the room was pretty and well set up, and the kitchen had all the basics like coffee, chocolate, milk, oil… No complaints.

It was nice that there was a coffee machine; the downside was that it was quite far from the airport, making the trip inconvenient. The stairs were a struggle with luggage, and everything behind the wall was audible, plus the air‑conditioner was noisy. The kitchen chairs were already falling apart, so when I sat down to have tea I ended up with a piece of foam on my backside 😅.

Everything you need is there and it’s great value; highly recommend. The only drawback is that you have to walk about 30 minutes to see the Pisa Tower, and because there are more rooms in the house, you might run into noisy families if you’re unlucky.

The room and bathroom were excellent, clean, and well-maintained. The room was also very well equipped, and the welcome pack was a lovely and thoughtful touch from the host. The location is very convenient, with the main attractions easily accessible. There is a bus stop directly in front of the accommodation, with good connections to the train station. The host also recommended a restaurant on the same street, just a short walk away. The food was fantastic, and I would highly recommend giving it a try. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely be happy to stay here again. Nothing, everything was fine
