How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The receptionist was very accommodating, making you feel like a hotel guest. However, the staff—or someone in the dining area—forgot orders several times and communicated very little, such as what could be ordered at the breakfast buffet; oddly, we noticed that it worked differently at neighboring tables, so it seemed to be a problem with us.

The rooms were beautifully furnished with a furnished balcony, a small kettle, various teas, and instant coffee; breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the staff were extremely welcoming and courteous.

It was very cozy, centrally located, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful; everything was super clean and the breakfast was incredible—something I’ve never had before on my travels, so I’ll definitely return.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location was good and central, the ambience was pleasant, everything was well maintained with attention to detail, and the breakfast was excellent; the only downside was the very early check‑out at 10:00, and late check‑out, if available, was relatively expensive at 50 EUR.
