The location is great, close to the airport, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room could use some drinking glasses for water, though.

It’s close to the airport and the room is very spacious. The description should state that the airport shuttle is paid.

I’ve been going to this hotel for 15 years, and after it became a Novotel Suite, the name changed but the quality stayed consistent, even a bit improved.

“Nouvelle étape au BB hôtel CDG”

Thanks especially to Graziella and Jean for the check‑in when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, clean, with a great bathroom and comfortable bedding. There are still no trash bags, which isn’t great for hygiene, the carpet in the room is worn and stained, and the shuttle schedule…
