The young lady on the phone was available. The entrance courtyard isn’t maintained, there’s no air‑conditioning, the rooms overheat, and sleeping is impossible. The small fan is useless, the curtains don’t block light, the alarm goes off at 5:30, and there’s a stale smell that lingers.
