The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, fulfilling all our requests to the best of their ability. The room itself was lovely, spacious, and had plenty of surfaces for stuff. The complimentary breakfasts were always tasty, and you could see the kitchen team cared about their cooking, especially when the receptionist asked about allergies or intolerances during check‑in. The room was always cleaned impeccably, and the dinner menu was also delicious. I was very grateful for that because I didn’t know where to eat in the evening. We decided not to stay for the amended reservation, losing about 3 nights’ worth of money, but it was kept as credit for a future stay, so I’m not too upset. I found there wasn’t a clear early‑departure policy for refunds or credits, and using a U.S. credit card probably complicated things, but the staff did their best and kept me in the loop with management.
