The breakfast was good, but the air conditioner gave off an unpleasant smell, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, the Wi‑Fi didn't work, and overall the building feels old.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot near the highway, a short walk from a large shopping centre, and a 5‑minute drive to the Alba Adriatica seafront; the facilities are a bit dated but still comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty and suitable for people with intolerances. Unfortunately we had ants in the room throughout our stay, though the staff knew about it and had a “little ant house” in a corner that wasn’t the right spot; we moved it to where the ants were most active and it seemed to work. It’s a manageable issue, but a bit more attention to the solution would help.

The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I especially appreciate the director and his son who helped me transfer to the Alba Adriatica centre—there were no taxis available, yet they personally escorted me there, arriving on time without asking for anything in return. Thank you so much. Everything was perfect.

The service staff were friendly, but the breakfast remained the same throughout my stay and there was no fruit.
