“skvělý hotel na špičkové úrovni ve všech oblastech”
Everything was great as always, a truly top‑class hotel with amazing staff. The only downside was that accessing the bathtub in the room was difficult.

The location was excellent, valet parking was very convenient, the hotel’s grandeur was beautiful, breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The bed slept very well with very good sheets. It was nice to receive a bottle of water in the room. The room was very clean and had plenty of space to store everything. At check‑in we waited a quarter of an hour outside the hotel for the valet service, which could have been faster. We spoke to four different people about whether we needed to reserve a table for dinner in the dining room that also serves breakfast; everyone gave a different answer, from “we’re full” to “you must book online” (not possible). In the end we found out we could just walk in without a reservation. Overall we didn’t find the service very friendly. The spa area was nice, but it wasn’t very relaxing because boys were splashing and shouting in the pool. In the café we asked to have lunch; we were only offered the option of coffee/tea with cake. After us a family came in and they were given a lunch menu, so the service is inconsistent. The toilet with a remote control in the room would have been nice if it worked.

The hotel is an exceptional luxury place with a huge investment in guest care at every detail. The skilled staff manage to stay friendly, attentive, and functional while keeping a warm, pleasant, and caring attitude toward guests despite the high-end atmosphere. Prices, for example, are quite high for the value and relative to standard rates for massages and treatments in other upscale locations, yet the therapists and staff are skilled, attentive, and the place itself is well maintained for patient comfort. We arrived after checking in and they took care of every detail to ensure comfort. Parking was convenient and close to the entrance. We received a large, spacious room on a floor that isn’t part of the spa, and the walk there was a bit awkward, but the staff returned and guided us. A shower issue was fixed immediately. Breakfast was excellent, well‑invested, with an enormous, high‑quality selection of everything imaginable, and the freshness and variety of the items were impressive. In particular, the smoked salmon was of outstanding quality, as were the other salty fish on the menu. The only thing we didn’t like was the feeling that we were in a place with a very strict dress code, which is not what we’re used to from other five‑star hotels. The atmosphere definitely radiates a lot of luxury, and we never felt that the treatment of us was different from that of more affluent guests; we felt very good in the place. Also, for a hotel of this level, the room price, including the excellent breakfast and convenient parking, was very reasonable and not inflated compared to the hotel’s standard.

The décor is very nice, it was very clean and comfortable. It took a long time for someone to come and take the car or attend to it, which shouldn’t happen in this category. The hotel is very noisy; we heard the children all evening. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, but the sliced fruit was hard and tasteless.
