Valeria, the host, was very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early, which was important because we were heading to Rome after my husband's night shift. The room is in a great spot, very close to tourist attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, and a short walk away. The location is right by Roma Termini station, and the Leonardo Express train from Fiumicino airport takes 32 minutes. Nearby are restaurants, cafés, and shops. There’s a nice little terrace where you can have breakfast or just sit and relax. Highly recommend!

The location is really good, within 5 minutes of Termini station. There’s a large supermarket right in front, so we could buy food for the morning and evening and reheat it in the shared kitchen. It was much better than eating pricey pizza or spaghetti at a restaurant. The check‑in and check‑out procedures, as well as any questions about the accommodation, were explained in detail via WhatsApp, which made everything smooth. After check‑out, we could leave our luggage comfortably. The room felt a bit small, but there’s a spacious patio in front of the door, which made it convenient. The only downside was that we had to go up the stairs to the room, but it wasn’t too long, so it wasn’t a problem.

“bad experience”

I was disappointed because the shower drain was blocked and the host didn’t fix it right away; I sent a detailed email to the manager but haven’t heard back, and when I left a day early they offered no compensation.

Everything was great – from the late‑night check‑in at 1 a.m. to the permission to leave an hour later, the spot is superb, just 3 minutes from Termini station and a minute from a big supermarket, feeling like you’re in the city center yet tucked away in a quiet zone; the proximity to the station keeps the area free of night‑time trouble or litter, and the family of three found the room a bit small but the extra niche provided a decent third sleeping spot; the mattress was excellent and the anatomical pillows were a rare find for this price range; the air‑conditioner had a screen that spread cool air across the ceiling instead of blowing directly on the bed; the bathroom was spacious with a fresh renovation, everything looked and felt pleasant; the room was clean; the small size was offset by a terrace near the room – essentially a well‑fenced courtyard with no passersby; there was a shared kitchen area with a capsule coffee machine (capsules were available and refilled regularly), a microwave and a stove; chatting with Valeria and Simón was a pleasure, they were extremely friendly and the self‑check‑in instructions were complete and clear. “Quiet and convenient retreat close to Termini station”

The place is in a great spot, just a five‑minute walk from Termini on a quiet street, with a lovely veranda for evenings and a Tigre supermarket at the street’s end; it would have been nice to have a Nespresso‑compatible coffee machine or a cafetière in the shared kitchen.
