The location is fantastic and couldn’t be better. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good, and the staff were very helpful. If you’re coming by car and it’s large, it can be a bit tight. The village itself felt a bit empty.

The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Relaxing on the sun loungers with the lake right in front was so calming, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, including a large shower and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sailing to Monte Isola, a charming little island with friendly locals and a lovely place to explore. The food at the separate restaurant was superb. One of our favorite memories was dining outside, surrounded by candlelight in the enclosed area while watching a storm pass by – such a cool experience! It was a fabulous place to stay and the perfect setting to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The room was a little on the small side, but that was clearly mentioned when booking, so we were aware beforehand. It would also have been nice to have a few more gluten‑free options at breakfast, especially pastries, as the choice was quite limited.

The experience was superb! Prosecco at breakfast was lovely, especially since we were celebrating two very special occasions. The lake view was beautiful. Dinner was expensive and disappointing – it didn’t live up to breakfast. The service was excellent, but the food felt over‑engineered. We were hoping for dinner every evening, especially on our celebration days. Our great apartment and terrace were up two flights of stairs with no lift. Although we’re 80, we managed, and they did take our bags up and down after we asked. We feel we should have been told about the stairs.

The location on the lake side was great, and the ferry was just a short walk away. There was nothing to complain about.

The spot was perfect, but the restaurant lagged behind because of a big group, so we felt a touch overlooked.
