The room was clean, but the keypad for the door was hard to read in the dark, so I kept getting errors and almost cried. There was no one at the front desk and the phone didn’t work, so I wish they kept someone on duty or had an internal line ready. Just before arriving, I got lost near the Five Difference Road intersection in a downpour, lugging a big bag up a hill; I was lucky to find a florist open late who guided me. Other guests often ask for directions, and the host said the signage was confusing. In the shower room, many people come up in their sneakers; a sign to remove shoes would help.
The phone staff should be replaced.
The place is cheap, clean, and right next to the beach arcade. No complaints.
“長崎の繁華街にお安く泊まれます!”
I paid a cheap price and slept on a clean bed. My family of four used a dormitory room that felt like a private room, though I didn’t share it with anyone else, so it’s hard to judge. The toilet, washbasin, and shower were on a different floor, clean and reassuring. Most importantly, I could stay safely and cheaply in Nagasaki’s nightlife district. I broke a curtain fastener on the bed, but the staff said compensation wasn’t needed, which was a relief. The only downside was that the bathroom was crowded in the morning, and I had to climb stairs to find an empty stall.
“Would definitely book this place again”
Everything was brand‑new, spotless, visually appealing, and overall pleasant. The facilities, shower, and bed were all excellent.
