The location and size were excellent, yet we were assigned a room still undergoing renovation, which produced a strong paint odor; although the room itself had been freshly renovated, the bathroom retained its original tiles that were chipped and peeling.

The apartment was very spacious with a huge balcony overlooking a lovely garden, and the outdoor areas were stunning, but the TV remote malfunctioned and management did nothing to fix it.
