The location was fine and the staff were friendly, yet the spa was broken, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. The rooms and furnishings felt old, and both the room and lobby had weak Wi‑Fi.

I liked how close the hotel was to our event venue and that it has a pool; the rooms were also good. I requested extra towels and they were provided. The cleaning staff were pleasant and the front desk was friendly. The toilets were smaller than usual, there were no elevators, and the laundry area was not operational.

The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants, but the bed was uncomfortable and a roach was found. The place could have been cleaner and some dirty or damaged items should have been replaced.
