The pool was great, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were very friendly, but the breakfast and especially the Wi‑Fi could use some improvement.

The spacy and clean room. The air-conditioning remote wasn't work, so hard to adjust the temperature. The free breakfast has very little variety to select

I was pleased to find that the hotel offered great value for money, and its location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. However, I felt that the hotel's facilities could have been managed a bit better, and it would have been nice to have some basic amenities like a hair dryer provided.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Battambang, and while it had some great qualities, it fell short in a few areas. The hotel's location was excellent, and the rooftop pool was a lovely touch. However, the overall management of the hotel could be improved, particularly with regards to the poor Wi-Fi connection and subpar breakfast options. Additionally, the gym was not functional during my stay, which was a bit of a disappointment.
