The mattresses had exposed springs, the duvets smelled, the main bed broke, the shower head kept falling out of the socket, cups weren’t washed, there was no Wi‑Fi, no door tray for milk, the dining table was very wobbly, and most curtains had holes.

Good location and accessible parking. I expected a lot worse because of other reviews, and the owners communicated well. The sofa bed was not ideal—a super thin mattress and a dirty area behind it made it unusable, so we had to use the sofa instead, which wasn’t the most comfortable. It wasn’t the cleanest caravan I’ve seen and a few items were outdated, but nowhere near as bad as most reviews here.

Lots of things for kids to enjoy, but the place wasn’t clean—dust and spider webs, a broken bed, drawers with leftover food from the previous booking, the owner wouldn’t answer the phone, and they didn’t send the code to get the key, so we had to wait around.
