The staff were friendly and the on‑site food, especially the hot pot, was good. The tents are extremely uncomfortable for the price, which makes the overall value feel off.

The location between Brinchang and Tanah Rata is excellent, but we left very disappointed. The place is terribly sound‑proofed – we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our tent, from snoring to shouting and laughing. If you’re after peace and zen, this isn’t it; we slept poorly. For the price, the quality was let down – the shared bathrooms were dirty and poorly laid out, with no shelves for our belongings. We tried to dine at the restaurant but it was fully booked and no one ever offered to make a reservation. Breakfast was fine but nothing spectacular.

I was blown away by the location of this place - it's literally in the middle of nowhere, but in a good way. It's so peaceful and serene, and the views are stunning. I could have stayed there forever.
