The overall experience was excellent. We had four pieces of luggage, which made the room feel a bit cramped, but that wasn’t a big problem for us.

The bathroom is accessible and the price is good in the heart of the city. Cleaning and service could be better depending on who’s at reception, though the girl who helped us on the first day was very nice.

The facilities were new, just like the photos, and the room was spacious and clean. Excellent location, 10 minutes from Atocha train station, 10 minutes from the Prado Museum, and 15 minutes from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. The only suggestion is to have a mini fridge so drinks can stay cold.
