The location and surroundings are wonderful, encouraging a connection with nature, and the hotel staff are very friendly and contribute greatly to a very good experience; special thanks to the restaurant team for their attentive service and willingness to improve. No major dislikes, but the restaurant and bar could still grow; the dishes we ordered weren’t bad but didn’t stand out, and my expectations were higher given the hotel’s stature—more steps are needed to reach a “gourmet” level and offer a true culinary journey, which I value highly. The staff’s openness to our feedback was positive and constructive, showing a genuine desire to improve.

Near Santiago, super comfy, loved the spa, and they have loads of kid activities even when it rains. The restaurant menu could use improvement—crab ravioli were tough and the desserts were nothing special.

All the facilities are great and the rooms are comfortable, set in a very pretty environment. The breakfast was a hotel chain standard; you couldn’t even order coffee, only a bad bulk American coffee was included. When I asked for an espresso it was a capsule and they tried to charge 7,000 pesos for it plus a cappuccino, so a decent coffee costs at least that. There was little variety—just eggs, one type of ham, one type of cheese, and not much else salty.
