The breakfast was fine, and a staff member even made an omelette just for me. I got to try some nice local food, and the receptionists were genuinely sweet. I was shocked to discover there was no window in the room, so I asked to be moved to a room with a window. They said I would have to pay 900 yen extra per night for a deluxe room. The deluxe room had a very small window, but the room itself was even smaller, with no storage space or shelf, and it felt depressing. The room was at the end of the hall. On the first night a male guest was talking loudly in front of my room, sitting on the floor, smoking, and dumping ash on the floor. The shower water was cold, which was very disappointing.
