The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. Free toiletries and public baths were available. However, one of the two elevators was under repair, causing interruptions, corridor noise was present, and the room felt a bit small.

When the room turned out unsatisfactory, we checked out after a few hours and the staff agreed to charge only for one night and refunded the other two immediately. The hotel had smoking floors/rooms, and they were unwilling to change our room after we realized we hadn’t requested non‑smoking, even though smoking rooms still exist in the 21st century. A young man in a safety helmet operated the lift, and the buttons and doors seemed to work fine.

It was very affordable, had the basics, and was in a great spot. The reception offered many items and the pajamas were comfortable. Being on top of a Family Mart was convenient. Unfortunately, elevators were being fixed so only one worked, making it slow to go up and down. Shower pressure was low, the shower and bathroom were small and hard to move around if you’re tall. There was only one small window that didn’t open, so sunlight was limited.
