It’s generally comfortable and has everything you need for a night’s stay, though there were a few minor NQR issues with the room; the restaurant staff were great, but the food felt average— the coleslaw was bland and the steak, though cooked perfectly and tasty, was tough.
The staff were fantastic and delivered our pizza straight to the room, but the time it takes for the water to heat up feels wasteful.
We enjoyed the playground and the convenient location for the event, which provided just enough space for the four of us. However, the internet was unusable so we couldn’t stream Netflix for our two little children, and the staff couldn’t resolve the issue. The sofa bed’s bedding felt subpar, and we had to request extra towels because there weren’t enough for all the guests checking in. I’m not sure I’d bring children back here again.
Nothing good; everything was the worst experience of my life.
“Overall, not too bad. Three stars.”
The property’s location works well for work, with a short walk to the beach and a nearby shopping centre, plus a bus stop right next door; however, the rooms are basic, tired, and overpriced, though they’re next to a hotel where the meals are decent and fairly priced; outdoor seating for the rooms would help, and it’s odd that a childcare centre shares the property.
