How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I want to thank the entire hotel team for making guests’ stays so comfortable. Cleanliness and service are top‑level. I especially want to highlight the kitchen—everything was fresh and very tasty. We really enjoyed relaxing here!

The breakfast was very good. The noise insulation was bad.

The staff were extremely friendly, breakfasts were good, the spa and pool were convenient, and there was an outdoor sunbathing area. The best part was the staff – we watched them keep the grounds tidy all day, and they were very polite and courteous. Parking was difficult because of the large number of guests, and there wasn’t much space for cars. The room was comfortable, neat, and cozy, but a bit cramped for three people; however, if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day, that’s not a big issue. There was no microwave, and no kettle, but the staff kindly offered to provide one at the reception for the entire stay.

We stayed with family and everything was great. The kitchen was very tasty, breakfasts were a Swedish buffet, and the two‑bedroom room had a wonderful mountain view.

The hotel feels quite old and I think it doesn’t match its price. I booked a three‑bedroom room, but it had no air‑conditioning, and the balcony view was basically blocked by the building, so you couldn’t see anything. Parking is inadequate for everyone; in the morning they called to have the car moved because someone was in the way. The pool is only indoors, very small, and the stairs are inconvenient; the carpet is peeling. The kids’ room is just a space where broken toys left by guests are collected. Food was no longer served after 9:30 pm, but there was still something to eat, and there were no issues there. There were fans, and another question – why do you even put them there? They’re just inventory? You can’t burn anything with them, but you definitely can’t dry your hair.
