The house is big enough for up to 20 guests, very clean, with nice facilities and a full kitchen; the veranda offers a nice view, and there’s parking and a lanai in front of the house—ideal for large families. It’s a bit far from the city, but that’s fine with a car; insects entered at night because there were no screens on windows or doors, so the owner should add screen doors and windows.

We didn’t actually stay there because they cancelled my booking, but we dropped by and it looked good; I’m still waiting for the refund.

The area around the place was really nice, and the caretaker was super friendly - she even let us stay for a few extra hours without charging extra. The only downside was that the electricity kept cutting out in the afternoons until the evening, which was a bit of a pain.

I was really happy with this place - it had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. There's even a convenient sari-sari store on site if you want to pick up some essentials. The locals inside the compound were super friendly and welcoming, and I felt safe parking my vehicle. The location was great too, especially if you have your own car. My only minor quibble was the bed sheets - I'm a bit of a cotton fanatic, and these didn't quite hit the mark.
