The place is clean and well‑located, but the bathroom isn’t in the room; you have to step into a shared corridor to shower or use the toilet, which is inconvenient. The door doesn’t close tightly, making my wife feel very uncomfortable. Overall, it feels more like a converted apartment than a hotel, and for the price there are much better options. A bathroom in the corridor is hostel‑level, not hotel‑level.

The location and room layout are great.

The building is really beautiful, the owner is kind and helpful, but it was a shame we only stayed one night! Nothing else to complain about; everything was perfect, just wish there had been water in the room.

The biggest plus is the location: you can walk to the old port and all the nice parts of the city. The street below the apartment is full of shops and there’s a Carrefour market just around the corner. The apartment has only a small fridge and a coffee machine—no utensils or cutlery. The owner is very helpful and a genuinely nice gentleman. The water pressure in the bathroom is awful, almost nonexistent; you can’t wash your hair, and even a quick shower takes 10 minutes. Two sinks and a bidet aren’t useful; a working shower would be much better.
