“No preparado para el calor y poco cuidado”

Breakfast was very good, served in a nearby restaurant, and the surroundings were beautiful. The room was unbearably hot during the day—no air conditioning, so staying inside during sunny hours was impossible. The double room was tiny, and the bathroom was even smaller. The triple room was a bit larger, but the shower didn’t work well and the ceiling fan made a horrible noise. The parking was far away and was a flat area where anyone could park.

The staff were hearty, the rural location offered a view of local animals from the room, and the local residents were friendly. Breakfast was on a terrace by the riverbank, and the hotel’s structure and interior were amazing. Parking was a bit tricky but doable. Rooms can get hot without air conditioning, and the shower cabin feels too modern—luck is needed to get hot water from a pipe.

“Charme et calme au creux de la vallée, mais du confort à parfaire”

A nice establishment tucked into a valley, set in a beautiful and very calm setting. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very good experience that I would recommend without hesitation. A few drawbacks: the air conditioning is only in the common areas, not in the rooms, contrary to what the hotel’s description might suggest. The restaurant, used for breakfast and dinner, is not part of the hotel but is a local café about twenty‑fifty meters away, an authentic choice that may appeal to some but could confuse guests looking for more conventional comfort. It faces the river and a small natural pool formed by a dam, which is really pleasant. The bathroom could use a refresh, especially the tap system—having separate hot and cold taps makes temperature control inconvenient and would benefit from modernization.
