“Péssimo serviço num local maravilhoso!”
The facilities, view and location were great, but charging R$ 10.00 a day for a patio spot that gets rained on is absurd, and limiting guests to one towel per day is miserable – they charge for parking yet ignore women who might need more than one towel. No glasses are left in the room; you have to ask for them even though there’s a minibar. We had to change rooms because housekeeping never came, despite leaving a “please clean” sign around 10 am. It’s a beautiful place with good infrastructure, ruined by terrible management.
