As frequent customers, we've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and we've always been impressed with the service and amenities. The staff go above and beyond to make sure we feel at home, and the hotel's convenient location makes it the perfect spot for our needs.

I've had the pleasure of staying at numerous hotels across the globe, but this one had a peculiar policy that caught me off guard. The staff insisted I hand in my room key whenever I left the building and then pick it back up upon my return. Although I appreciate the security aspect, this was a first for me, and it felt like an unnecessary hassle. The rest of my stay was uneventful, which is exactly what I was looking for.

“Bien excepto por la música”

The staff at this hotel were attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, which was greatly appreciated. However, the noise from the music venue next door was a bit of a nuisance, especially at night. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room size and location were convenient for exploring the center of Loja, but unfortunately, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to sleep due to the traffic and river noise outside.
