“Overall, our stay was very pleasant.”
Kiressa at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, but a few rooms were still being renovated, leaving construction dust everywhere and debris in the hallways.

The shower water felt a little chilly, but otherwise everything was fine.

It was just a bed to sleep in, and it was close to where I needed to go, yet I’d advise others to avoid it because it’s still being remodeled and noisy, with furniture scattered in the narrow walkway, a laughable breakfast, and many “palmetto bugs” around.

The front‑desk staff on the first and second shifts are all welcoming and ready to help, and even though I rarely see the third‑shift attendants, the few times I did, they were just as warm and friendly.

There was a bed and a lock, but the sheets had holes, no deadbolt existed, and a two‑inch gap under the door let bugs and mice slip in while I could hear people around; breakfast consisted of a stale waffle machine, a batter dispenser that had likely sat for weeks, an empty cereal box with old cereal, and terrible coffee—all amid ongoing renovations, piles of trash, constant hammering, shaky stairs, cars with torn axles and wheels left in the lot, guests who seemed to live there, and a night filled with a crack‑head pacing, a couple arguing, and a dog fight—completely ridiculous.
