“Espero voltar em breve!!!”
We received a gift with an upgrade to one of the suites, and it was amazing! All the service and stay were excellent, but the service at the pool and beach area could improve.

The place was clean and the maintenance was excellent, but the cancellation policy was confusing; even though the booking was originally free‑cancellable, the hotel refused to cancel for the second day, only later a new team member sent a late‑night message saying cancellation was possible, which felt unprofessional.

Everything about this hotel is phenomenal. Everything. Best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff, the hotel itself, it is stunning, the check in service, the boat service, food. Gosh everything was amazing
