I arrived late and found the front desk in terrible shape; we waited 15 minutes outside for someone to open the door, but no one was at reception, and the bell rang nothing. I finally got in using a QR code on the gate, otherwise I would have kept waiting. It was odd that so few staff were working at that hour.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick. Room was big and clean. Breakfast had lots of really good options. Price and location were good. 1. Only black-out curtain. As a solo women traveler, I didn't feel comfortable opening my curtains and be visible form the parking lot. I wish there were also regular white curtains to let in natural light yet have some privacy. Especially in the room I was in 404 because the windows are big and floor lenght. 2. There is something going on with the plugs on the bench. All my chargeurs were fried and I had to get new ones (computer and phone chargers). 3. There is a water fountain to refill bottles which is great. I wish there was one on each floor but also that this water was actually a cold. Water that came out was hot

The décor was nice, but the sound insulation was poor; traffic noise could be heard in the rooms and the surrounding streets were noisy all night. I was surprised the windows weren’t designed to block that, and the fire alarm went off at 4:30 am, ruining my night.

The proximity to the airport and the welcoming staff were great, and there was a small evening snack bar. Unfortunately, there was no water in the room, nor tea or coffee.
