The hotel sits in a prime spot in Puerto Natales and the staff greeted us with genuine warmth. The bed was huge and comfy, and the décor had a nice, tasteful vibe. Unfortunately, rooms that face the street pick up a lot of street noise, and you can also hear the neighboring room when they talk. Prices are on the high side, but that seems to be the norm around Torres del Paine.

The place feels like a real mountain hut – warm, relaxed and surprisingly spacious. Everything in the shared areas was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

“Marcela makes you feel at home in her beautiful house”

Marcela is absolutely lovely – you can tell she put a lot of effort into making the house feel comfortable, and she was always ready to help, which made our stay that much nicer. The only thing missing was any kind of curtains, so the bedroom stayed bright even when we wanted it dark. Other than that, everything was spot on.

The place was immaculately clean and right where you want to be, with staff that were genuinely friendly. We even got to use the garage for our car, which was a nice bonus, and the shared kitchen was tidy and fully stocked. All in all, a hassle‑free stay.

Location couldn’t be better, and the house itself was clean with a cool design vibe. The hosts were super helpful and bent over backwards to fit my ever‑changing schedule. Everything worked out perfectly – no complaints at all.
