How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff are kind and very helpful. The room was very damp and faced the outside directly (no interior corridor).

The hotel sits on a hill with a panoramic view of Cusco, and the rooms were immaculate. The free coffee was tasty, but once I hit the shower, it was just water—no hot water that day.
