The location, security, and safety were great, and we got the room we asked for. The breakfast buffet was always excellent and the staff were always nearby to help. The parking bay route is a nightmare: you have to go to a neighboring building, walk through cramped passages to a lift hall at the back of a shebeen, and at night there’s no security to escort you back to the hotel. That terrified me as a man, and I can only imagine how it would feel for women.

The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were friendly. The breakfast area was clean and the staff paid close attention to guests. We were well taken care of and will definitely book again. I wish they had a tumble dryer for wet clothes after the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. It got loud at night, but I guess that's what the location we wanted gets us
