The structure is very beautiful, welcoming, and clean. Katarina and Federico were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The Wi‑Fi connection could use improvement.

Katharina and Federico’s welcome was exceptional, making us feel at home. We brought our French bulldog, and they made our stay with him so easy. The breakfasts, lovingly prepared by Enriqueta with top‑quality ingredients, were perfect as we watched sunrise over the Gulf. We were looking for silence and disconnection, and we found it. We’ll return.

The breakfast was excellent, the setting idyllic, and the service wonderful. Katharina and Federico were outstanding hosts, always ensuring the stay was as good as possible. They don’t aim for ostentatious luxury but for calm, design, and authenticity—a place to connect with the essence of Hierro. I couldn’t stay longer because work called me back.

Everything was amazing, where to start? Breakfast is absolutely sublime—creative yet simple, made with care from truly homemade ingredients and garden fruits. Abigail and Enriqueta, the two wonderful ladies who looked after us every morning and evening, are absolutely marvelous. You can’t ask for more.
