The room was clean, modern, and spacious; the a la carte breakfast was great, the restaurant was cozy, and the hotel only has 3 rooms. The staff were friendly, and there were complimentary drinks in the room, though the place was a bit noisy—earplugs solved that.

The location was unbeatable, right next to the Green River, but I wish there were a king bed.

The property is unique—just three rooms below a restaurant where you check in. Both the rooms and the restaurant were excellent: modern, clean, comfortable, and creatively decorated. The breakfast, served at the restaurant, was plentiful and tasty. However, if you go to bed early or stay up late, the people working in the restaurant above can wake you; the restaurant closes at 10 pm, cleans until 10:30–11:00, and then starts preparing breakfast again at 6:30 am, which didn’t bother me because of my sleep schedule, but might for others.

The room was more impressive than we thought, especially with its riverfront view, but locating the check‑in area was a bit confusing.
